Week 1--Holiday Challenge

Well, being strict with my meal plan and going totally sugar-free is paying off! I feel great and am looking better, too!

"Sugar-free" for 12 weeks!

On Monday, I started a challenge to go "sugar-free" for 12 weeks--that will land me around Dec. 19th. The challenge also requires that I exercise for 2-3 days a week, minimum.
