Daily Nutritional Goals
Protein: 60-136 grams a day, trying to include more plant proteins
Carbs: 135-252 grams a day
Fat: 27-60 grams a day, as much unsaturated as possible + EFA's (essential fatty acids, like omega-3)
Calories: 1200-1650 a day, spread between 5-7 meals a day
Water: 2-4 liters a day (that's 2.2-4.4 quarts)
