End of Week 11 Report/Sucking it up

I haven't been posting because I haven't been very good.

Last Week: 191.8
Today: 191.2
Difference: .6 lbs
Total: 17 lbs

I'm going to suck it up and take responsibility for what I eat, even if it's not the best. I can do this, of that I have no doubt. When I don't treat my body right, it shows and I can feel it. I want to feel great...and I'm getting there. I just need to do the right thing by me in order to get there a little faster.

Again, thank you and I love you to all those who are checking on me and supporting me every day.

Yesterday's Nutrition

I didn't do very well with calories yesterday, but it wasn't because I ate too much. I didn't realize until today when I did the final count that I got:

1169 calories
31g fat
141g carbs
93g protein

It looks as though I was in range on the fats and protein, but too low on the carbs. I don't think I had quite enough water, either. However, I've already had 3 cups today, and I'm about to have another. :)

PT Connie's visit

Well, it wasn't the rear-kicking that I had been fearful of. What I like about Connie is that she is very much about giving you the tools and letting you govern yourself. That is the best way for me. If I get yelled at like Jillian does on BL, I freeze up and don't do very well, or I just get ticked off--not the best thing for me. She encouraged me and made sure that I was really back on track, and gave me some new exercises to do that will push me. I started to have some injuries last month, but I backed off the exercise, and she told me what to do differently so that it doesn't happen again. I'm so glad I decided to get a trained professional who is so positive.

She took my measurements:
Hips: 43 (that's 1.5 inches)
Belly: 37.5 (that's 3 inches)
Thigh: 22.5 (same)

I was pretty excited! I also asked what she thought about TAIslim, and she said that it seems alright and to just take it and see how I feel. I'll be taking only 2 oz a day instead of 4oz, though. I don't think I need to take any more than that per day.

End of Week 9 Report

I was really good that day that I finally kept track...what was that, Friday? Anyway, the weekend was not as good...have I ever mentioned that my lemon bars are REALLY good? :(

Difference: 1.6 lbs
Total Weight Loss: 14.8 lbs

I still lost a little bit, but I'm going to have to really kick it into gear from here on out. Don't worry, Connie will be here on Thursday morning, and she'll kick me, alright.

I still haven't decided if I'm going to take that TAIslim or not. It seems like a good product, I just don't think I'll take the doses they say to if I decide to use it, because I've had good fortune so far just doing it myself. I'm going to try to do some more research on it and then post my findings.

Feeling a bit better

I'm feeling a bit better now, so I'm back keeping track of my eating. I don't think I'll exercise today, but I want to get that done tomorrow for sure. I'm going to get back on the elliptical for a while, and then the treadmill later. I think I should probably alternate with those two. I'll post how today's eating went in tomorrow's post.

PT Connie was supposed to come over today, but I haven't been feeling well, and today I have a nasty cold. I'm going to have her come a week from Thursday, and take it easy until then.
