I didn't do very well with calories yesterday, but it wasn't because I ate too much. I didn't realize until today when I did the final count that I got:
1169 calories
31g fat
141g carbs
93g protein
It looks as though I was in range on the fats and protein, but too low on the carbs. I don't think I had quite enough water, either. However, I've already had 3 cups today, and I'm about to have another. :)
