Feeling a bit better

I'm feeling a bit better now, so I'm back keeping track of my eating. I don't think I'll exercise today, but I want to get that done tomorrow for sure. I'm going to get back on the elliptical for a while, and then the treadmill later. I think I should probably alternate with those two. I'll post how today's eating went in tomorrow's post.
