I was looking at another person's blog and decided to post this quote about and video about failure from her blog in light of a conversation with a good friend the other day. I love ya, girl. :)

Okay,so as lame as this is going to sound I'll share it anyway. I watched the new Rocky movie and they really stressed that life is about how hard you fight to get back up after you've been knocked down...not the best movie, but a good point. Thanks for the post!
Thanks Chach! I had a cheat day on our detox and only lost 1 lb this week... it was a loss I kept telling my self, but it didn't feel so glorious since I knew I cheated... thus no good outcome... but
I need to keep plugging! Thank you for the reminder!
